Biodegradable Lamination

mcr print sources novel laminate structures where the exterior gloss is made from degradable resin materials.

These materials accelerate the paperboard's degradable properties. In addition, the raw material for the board comes predominantly from wood pulp from sustainable forests and some cotton linters.

The laminate can be easily separated from board. This leaves a much cleaner pulp when recycled and can be more readily dealt with during incineration. Lastly, if put to landfill the laminate does not produce any toxic chemicals which might leak out.
